Bistro Dalmacija in Berchtesgaden

Wanted to eat there today, waited patiently as instructed, were ignored for a long time despite free tables. Then finally a waitress came and asked annoyed what we wanted here! Obviously food! Then she pointed unfriendly to a couple of tables according to the motto why we didn't sit down ourselves - see instructions please wait we will assign you a seat! Then we went there are other very tasty restaurants here with clearly friendly service! It would have been a shame to have eaten there 2 days earlier.

Ate pizza there for lunch. Not great food, but still very good! Service was friendly and quick. Would go again if we are in the area.

Actually quite tasty food, but due to the perceived lack of staff, it was a hectic bustle, followed by long waiting times, disorganization and mixed up orders. In times of Corona, the existing and lived cleanliness is unacceptable. Too bad.

The service was OK, but seemed rushed and not particularly hospitable even though there were hardly any people. The pizza was overloaded with cheese and otherwise tasteless. The restaurant is in a great location and looks inviting at first glance. More likely for a drink in between.

The service is very bad. First of all, there wasn't even all of the cakes listed on the table, which limited the selection considerably. We ordered three apple strudel, one was cold, one lacked ice cream and one never came. In addition, the waitress wanted to deduct 10 € and was generally very incompetent, unfriendly and aggressive. We strongly advise against visiting.

Been there 4 years ago and quite satisfied. Yesterday and today unfortunately failed due to the lack of flexibility of the young waitress. 2x with 5 people tried to stop off. Tables were free enough (and you had no problem sitting pairs at a large table), but you would have had to connect two tables. This would not be possible although the safety distance would have been easily kept. Too bad. We were actually looking forward to it. 2x just been dismissed = then stop it.

Bruschetta and Tiramisu were super tasty, you could feel super comfortable

Very terrible service and food. There were more than ten tables but only two waitresses. It took long time for getting seat arrange, order and food serve. I was arranged to a seat next to a stair, which very close to another table. The waitress cannot even come next to me to make order, she had to pass the plates and drinks to me above the stair and threw down the coasters to my table. Perhaps it was too busy, the waitress who served me was very disoriented. I ordered entrée and dessert, and strangely she made the dessert came first. It took almost 30 minutes after the dessert and then I got my entrée finally. Food is a disappointment. I ordered Napoli pizza and salmon spaghetti. The pizza was very greasy, the oil was running down along with the cheese when picking up a piece. Sauce and salmon from the spaghetti is bland, didn’t feel the taste of cream. I understand this is not the fault of the staff when a restaurant is in lack of manpower, but it seems the waitress is not so professional after all. I still tipped her though, yet she seems not very happy at the amount. Do not understand why this restaurant got so high rate here.

Food is not good, not efficiency service! It took 30 mins to order and the 45 mins for the food. Waited 2 hrs there

Very nice location. It fascinated me.

Good ice and coffee, relaxed atmosphere, nice terrace in the middle of the pedestrian precinct, central, sunny. In the evening fine cocktails and mixed drinks. Staff very nice.

The food tastes good!! Operation works like this could be better! Location is very good in the middle of the market in Berchtesgaden !! Price performance ratio fits !!

Eat well, but not a pleasure Cake and coffee were good. But: All 4 positions (for 2 people) were served individually, and the owner - or operator - lit one cigarette after the other bored at the entrance table. In the end we were allowed to pay too much, of course without proof.

Really nice Italian restaurant. Provides really good food. One of the nicest restaurants I have ever been too.

Awesome pasta!

You don't really feel welcome in this restaurant. The pizza was only mediocre and the topping wasn't exactly that much either. If you want to take a break from eating you would have tried to clear the plate right away. Even though the restaurant is pretty busy, the waiters can't run long to the race.

Nice casual restaurant but slow service and slow food

The service is highly objectionable. The waiter lady had a memory of a goldfish. We sat at the table for 10 minutes and were noticed and brought out the menu. We got the food soon after and it was delicious. But the bill had to be rushed several times for what they were willing to bring and then we were told we would pay by card, but we always talked to the wall.

Very nice Italian restaurant in the pedestrian zone of Berchtesgaden. Very nice pasta, salats, pizza and coffee. Nice service. The presence of local guests is a good sign for the quality of the food!
